Write to us in the language
you actually negotiate in

Spanish, French, Arabic, Darija or English. Every message reaches the founder who owns that part of the business, and we answer within two working days rather than acknowledging within two working days

Tell us who is writing

The answer you need depends entirely on which side of the corridor you sit on. Select yourself below and the panel changes, including what is worth putting in the message

What happens after you send request

No ticket number, no automated acknowledgement that says nothing. Four steps, and the first reply carries an answer rather than a promise of one

Step 01

Read by a person

The message is read, not classified. If it is a question we can answer in a sentence, that is the reply you get

Same working day
Step 02

Routed by subject

Commercial goes to the COO, certification to our lead auditor, integration to the CTO, and anything financial to the CEO

Within hours
Step 03

Answered with substance

For buyers that means a concrete route to the goods you named. For producers it means what you would need to be admitted

Two working days
Step 04

A call, if it helps

Held in Spanish, French, Arabic, Darija or English, whichever you opened with. There is no script and no sales deck

At your convenience

Send the message

Everything here is optional except the four fields marked. The more you tell us about the goods, the more useful the first reply is

  • Buyers: name the categories and the origin you are curious about
  • Producers: name your range, your certificate and your minimum lot
  • Partners: tell us what you integrate with and we will meet you there
  • Everyone: write in whichever of the five languages you prefer

It has gone to the founder who owns that area. Expect a reply within two working days, written in the language you selected

Ask about:

The seven questions that arrive most often, answered plainly

Not for real transactions yet. What is published is the interface preview, which shows the catalogue, the supplier record, the request for quotation and the verification screen. The production version, built to carry real orders, payments and consignments, opens in stages, and the first cohort of buyers and producers gets access before general release

Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Türkiye at launch. Each carries its own currency regime and its own import position, which is set out corridor by corridor on the corridor page. France comes on stream as a second buying market, and the counter flow from Spain into the Maghreb opens after that

No, and we are careful about the distinction. SouqoConnect aggregates data from official sources and reproduces the status held in the issuing body's own register at the moment of the query. We do not confirm that goods comply with religious requirements and we never issue a certificate. That boundary is written into the terms of use

A licensed payment institution, not us. SouqoConnect acts as a registered agent of that institution and coordinates the two legs of a cross-border settlement. Funds are segregated by the partner in accordance with PSD2, never sit in our accounts, and we earn nothing from holding them

There is a free tier, because a catalogue with nothing in it is useless to everybody. Paid tiers exist for producers whose listing has started generating real orders, and they unlock more product records, better placement within relevant results and API access. Write to us and we will send the current tariff for your range

No, and that is a legal position rather than a commercial choice. Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia are not on the Commission lists for products of animal origin, so those categories cannot enter the European Union from these origins whatever certificate accompanies them. The catalogue covers seven groups that move without an animal origin regime

Yes, from the second phase. Spanish olive oil, canned vegetables, dairy and certified confectionery have steady demand in Algeria and Morocco, and most Spanish producers do not know what halal certification will be asked of them. Verify answers that question in the opposite direction, before the first pallet is loaded
